•  House boat a/c at 6 pm to 9 am.

Exclusions

• All personal expenses and entrance fees at all sightseeing spots
• Optional activities mentioned in the itinerary
• Compulsory Gala Dinner if any (there is a compulsory gala dinner in hotels on Xmas eve)

*For all the packages rooms will be Non A/C at Munnar as they are cold places

1. Booking against advance of  50% of the package cost
2. Rest amount will be collecting at the time of pic up in Cochin / before  one day of arrival
3. After making advance with in 30 mints u will be get the invoice
4. After making advance with in 3 Days u will be get Hotel conformation Vouchers including contact details of hotels for direct contact of conformation

Cancelation policy …………….:

1. 0 to 10 Days prior to arrival  – No refund – on the full amount
2. 11 to 15 Days prior to arrival – 50% refund of amount recived 
3. 16 to 30 Days prior to arrival – 75% refund of amount recived
4. More than 30 days prior to arrival 90% refund 
5. No refund for the reservation during peak season
